Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting YUP Retail Family Store™ a non-profit,501(c)(3) organization. Your donations /purchases help us make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need, and we are committed to delivering orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver orders.

1. Shipping Times
   We process all orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please allow 7-14 business days for standard shipping within the United States. International shipping times may vary and can take longer depending on the destination.
2. Shipping Costs
   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and/or size of the items in your order, the shipping method chosen, and your delivery location. As a non-profit organization, we strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible to ensure more resources are allocated to our charity. Please note that we are unable to offer free shipping at this time.
3. International Shipping
   We offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes based on the destination country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we encourage you to review your country's customs policies before placing an order.
4. Delays & Issues
   While we strive to meet our stated shipping timelines, occasional delays due to high order volumes, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or customs processing) may occur. If you experience any significant delays or issues with your shipment, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.
